Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://liquorstorebattlecreek.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Paul's Liberty Gas reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Beverage, Beers, Liquor, Snacks, Ready-To-Eat Meals provided by Paul's Liberty Gas. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://liquorstorebattlecreek.com is the property of Paul's Liberty Gas or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Paul's Liberty Gas makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. Paul's Liberty Gas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Paul's Liberty Gas from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. MI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MI.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
